I’m Raj-Alexandru Udrea – an actor, performer, artivist, trainer, and cultural program coordinator working across performance, education, and community-based artistic practices. My work explores the relationship between body, emotion, identity, voice, and personal experience. I am interested in artistic processes that create space for honesty, vulnerability, dialogue, and transformation.

Theatre
I am a professionally trained actor, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Acting from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, with a practice shaped by theatre, performance, autobiographical storytelling, and socially engaged artistic work.
Performace
As a performer, I create embodied, direct and emotionally honest works that move between autobiographical performance, artivism and live storytelling, using the body, voice, vulnerability and audience presence to transform personal experience into shared reflection.
Trainings
As a trainer, I design and facilitate participatory learning contexts around theatre, self-expression, emotional education, personal development and socio-political awareness, adapting methods to each group so that participants can explore their own voices, build trust, and transform lived experience into reflection, dialogue and collective growth.
